Cherry blossom at Akasaka and Roppongi Knot

A taxi quickly flowing surrounded by cherry blossom trees along one of the small road in ARK hills, Akasaka. The motion of the car reminds of the original pointed chokibune boats that were a maneuverable and speedy mean of transportation for moving in the ancient city of Edo.

ARK Hills is a large-scale composite redevelopment project. It started back in 1967 and it took 19 years of time since receiving administration designation suitable for redevelopment. All the ward roads in the old district are abolished, and a new outer circumference road is taken as the new construction ward road. In addition, this circumferential road has grown to a row of cherry blossoms that is now considered as a specialty and entertains many people during the period of flowering.
