The original episode of the show Why did you come to Japan? (YOUは何しに日本へ？) dedicated to Tokyo Hyaku was broadcasted on March 6th 2017 on TV Tokyo. The footage has been captured during the end of 2016 and the beginning of 2017 when the last images of the project have been taken.

The TV show crew interviews foreigners at the airport where most visitors first arrive in Japan, with no appointments. Depending of the reason of the visit to Japan, the TV crew follows the visitor throughout his adventures in Japan.
